Description:

A prelaunch email is sent to your customers to introduce them to your upcoming products. The advantage is that the prelaunch emails can assist you in creating product awareness as early as the early phases of product development, allowing you to create demand before the release date.

This workflow will help you to pre-inform, warm, and attract your clients about the upcoming product.

Now let’s discuss “How the workflow works.”

Our workflow consists of 3 emails, an SMS reminder, and a web push notification.

The workflow starts with the "Contact Added to Contact List" trigger. It means a newly registered customer will be automatically added to the Contact List.

Then comes the "Update variable" block, which is used to select the exact time you want to start your campaign. In our workflow, we consider fourteen days before launch.

The next block is the "Added to segment" trigger, which checks whether the "14 days before launch" is a current day.

Just after that, the "Coming soon" email will be sent. The goal of sending this email is to get the client's interest.

With the following step, the platform will wait another seven days and send a "Prelaunch" email. This email is to make them informed about your upcoming product.

After it, the platform will wait five days and check whether the "Prelaunch" email is opened. If the answer is “Yes” the platform will send a Web push notification, reminding them that the product launch will happen after two days. Otherwise, if the answer is "No," the client will get an SMS reminder.

And finally, on the day of the product launch, the system will send a "Launch" email.
