Customers are encouraged to continue purchasing when using a well-structured reward program strategy. Reward programs help not only to attract new customers but also to retain the current ones. This is because the reward program increases Customer Lifetime Value, drives more sales, and keeps your customer engaged. 

Now let’s discuss “How the workflow works.”

Let’s consider a scenario where the buyer receives rewards for each subsequent purchase.

The workflow consists of 2 emails and a web push notification.

The workflow starts with the "Added to segment" trigger. The contact will be added to the “Buyer” segment once a purchase is made.

The first email will be sent to the contacts as soon as they are added to the segment. “Special offer after purchase” email will offer your customers get discount by earning points with their next purchases.

Next, the platform will wait 7 days and check whether the email is clicked on and the offer has been claimed. If the email is clicked on, then no further actions are required. Otherwise, the customer will get an email reminder, which informs them that their special offer is waiting for them. 

Then the platform will wait 3 days, and the same check-up process will be repeated. A WEB PUSH notification will be sent if the customer misses the previous emails. 

You can send as many emails as you need depending on the content. Maintain the same interval between campaign emails, however, because SPAM filters pay special attention to randomly sent emails.
