Upsells, and cross-sells are some of the most efficient ways to tailor the buying experience by giving each visitor pertinent messaging that enhances their onsite experience. By providing them with a carefully curated selection of solutions to meet their needs, personalized recommendations engage customers and increase their sense of connection to the business.

Let's imagine that a customer purchased lipstick from your online store. You can send pertinent recommendations using this workflow after they've made a purchase. There are 3 emails and an SMS in it.

The "Event fired" trigger is the first block in our workflow. When your customers make a purchase the following trigger will be activated and they will receive an email with details on their purchase confirmation. 

Then, the platform will wait 20 days and will send an email asking to write a review and will recommend other makeup items.

Following this, the platform will wait 7 days and check whether the customer made a new purchase from the recommended products. If the answer is yes then no further actions are required. Otherwise, a special offer will be sent to them by email and SMS.

You can send as many emails as you need depending on the content. Maintain the same interval between campaign emails, however, because SPAM filters pay special attention to randomly sent emails.
