It starts with the "Added to segment" trigger. For example, if Black Friday is 14 days away, the contact will automatically be added to the segment. After that, your customer will receive an email template. Customers will be informed about the upcoming sale with the first email.
Following this, the platform will wait 12 days and send a second email reminding them that 24 hours are left before the big sale day and providing information about the dates on which the offer will be valid.
Then, the platform will wait a day and send an email. This email will inform them about the start of discounts.
