Description:

A welcome drip campaign could onboard your new customers and keep them engaged after registration. It helps people get acquainted with your product and allows you to start working with your customer from the first day. Drip campaigns are also called trigger emails or lifecycle emails.

All successful companies use such kinds of communication. No matter your business type: b2c, b2b, or services. You should keep your customers engaged with special offers, introduce your business, inform them about news, propose new products and solutions, gather feedback, and ask for reviews.

Give your subscribers a better user experience with the welcome drip campaign.

Steps:

  1. * Add the customer's registration date to a variable.
  2. * Create the segment "New customer."
  3. Create the email templates for the welcome drip campaign. We recommend creating at least five emails. 
  4. Create the sms and web-push notification templates for the welcome drip campaign. Skip this step if you do not use sms or web-push channels.
  5. Choose the periods between the messages.
