Why do we need a confirmation email after purchase?

Confirmation emails are absolutely necessary. It assures that the action was completed successfully. Though, its significance can go beyond that.  A purchase confirmation email is sent to customers who made a purchase online. One of the benefits of this template is a “View your order” CTA. It takes your buyers back to the online shop to check the details of their purchase. The other benefit is that you establish communication with your customer immediately after the purchase. 

Now let’s discuss “How the workflow works.”

Our workflow consists of 2 blocks. The first block is the “Event fired” trigger. When your customer makes a purchase, the following trigger will be activated.

The second block is the “Send Email” block. The template has all the information that a customer wants to see after purchase. It contains purchase details such as the total amount, the estimated shipping time, product image, product quantity and more.
