The second block is the send email action. The system delivers a personalized message generated by our smart assistant AMI. The email reminds the customer about the upcoming tyre change and includes a direct link to schedule an appointment.

The workflow then waits 7 days. After that, a filter checks whether the customer clicked the booking link. If no interaction is detected, the system automatically sends a friendly reminder to encourage the customer to reserve a time slot before the seasonal rush begins.
