Why do we need a seasonal maintenance campaign?

Seasonal maintenance reminders are absolutely necessary for filling your workshop calendar. This workflow targets past customers right before major season changes. It automatically invites them in for services like oil changes before summer road trips or tire swaps before winter. The main benefit is establishing regular communication with your client base without requiring manual marketing work.

Now let us discuss how the workflow works.

Our prebuilt sequence consists of a few clear blocks. The first block is a segment trigger. When a customer enters the segment 14 days before the summer season, the following trigger will be activated.

The second block is the send email action. The system sends a personalized message created by our smart assistant AMI. It contains the service invitation and a direct link to book an appointment.

The workflow then waits 7 days. After that, a filter checks whether the customer clicked the link in the message. If they have not clicked, the system sends an automatic reminder to ensure your calendar stays full.
