Account Executive

We are looking for a skillful Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.


  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Present products to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on products and services.

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

  • Keep records of sales and data. Produce regular reviews and reports with sales and data.

  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing any complaints or objections.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.


  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.

  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Organizational and time-management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Russian.

  • A good command of other European languages would be an advantage.
