Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, creating sales plans, and presenting those plans to upper management.


  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.

  • Handle recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and the competition.

  • Liaising with other departments within the company.


  • Higher-level education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;

  • Prior experience in B2B sales desired;

  • Fluency in English and Russian is required;

  • Good command of other European languages would be an advantage;

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences;

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills;

  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales;

  • Target-driven and money-motivated individual.
