This simple workflow automation could save your business time and money — and most importantly, it will help people get to the doctor.

Steps:

  1. * Add the customer's date and time visit to your clinic to a variable. If you have separate variables for "time" and "day" add one more variable.
  2. * Create segment "DoctorVisitTomorrowReminder ".
  3. * Add your organization/clinic name and your contact center number to SMS templates "DoctorVisitReminderTomorrow" and "DoctorVisitReminderToday".
  4. Send the first SMS reminder the day before the visit at 3 PM.
  5. Send the second SMS reminder at 8:45 AM on the day of the visit.
