Comparative reports
This article describes the detailed comparative-report metrics and how to find comparative reports.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the "Outbound" section.
Click the "Campaigns" button.
Press the “Statistics” button.
Select 1 to 6 Campaigns to compare.
Click the “Add to comparison” button to include the selected items in list.
Click “Compare campaigns” to generate the report or “Download” to export the data.

Email
- Deliverability - indicates whether Email Service Providers (ESPs) are physically accepting messages; clicking a date provides a detailed breakdown.
- Delivered - the total number and percentage (Delivery rate) of messages successfully accepted by the recipient's ISP server.
- Hard bounces - permanent delivery failures; addresses are automatically blacklisted to protect domain reputation, with the bounce code and percentage (Hard bounce rate) tracked.
- Soft bounces - temporary delivery issues; the system automatically retries sending for 3 days, tracking both the count and the percentage (Soft bounce rate).
- Rejects - messages not sent because the recipient is already on the blacklist; tracked as a total count and percentage (Reject rate).
- Opens - measures engagement via a transparent tracking pixel; includes Total opens, and Unique opens, with corresponding rates. Important! Opens may not be tracked if the recipient's ISP blocks images, the contact has manually disabled image display, or if the message lands in the Spam folder.
- Clicks - tracks interaction with links; includes Total clicks and Unique clicks, used to calculate the Click rate.
- Clicks to Open - a specialized engagement metric showing the percentage of recipients who clicked a link after opening the email.
- Complaints - the number and rate of recipients who reported the email as spam; these contacts are immediately moved to the account's Blacklist.
- Unsubscribe - the total count and rate of recipients who clicked the unsubscribe link to opt out of future mailings.
- Delivery trends - visual reports showing hourly, daily, or monthly fluctuations for delivered, bounced, and rejected messages.
- User reaction trends - a timeline of recipient engagement, displaying how opens, clicks, and complaints are distributed over specific periods.

SMS
- Deliverability - indicates whether the provider can physically accept SMS. Clicking a specific date opens a detailed report in a drop-down box.
- Delivered - the total number and percentage (Delivery rate) of messages successfully accepted by the recipient's SMS provider.
- Fail - messages that were queued but failed to reach the recipient, including cases where the operator failed to deliver the message after receiving it from Wooxy; tracked by count and percentage (Fail rate).
- Clicks - tracks interactions with links within the SMS; includes Total clicks (all instances) and Unique clicks (number of individual recipients) used to calculate the Click rate.
- Delivery trends - visual reports showing hourly, daily, or monthly fluctuations for delivered and failed SMS messages.
- User reaction trends - a timeline of recipient engagement, displaying the distribution of total clicks over specific periods by date.

WebPush
- Deliverability - indicates whether browsers are physically accepting WebPush notifications; clicking a date provides a detailed breakdown.
- Delivered - the total number and percentage (Delivery rate) of messages successfully accepted by the recipient's browser.
- Undelivered - notifications that failed to deliver due to an invalid token; tracked by count and percentage (Undelivered rate).
- Expired - notifications that were not shown to the user because the TTL (Time to Live) expired before they went online; tracked by count and percentage (Expired rate).
- Dismiss - triggers when a recipient revokes permission to receive WebPush notifications; tracked as a total count and percentage (Dismiss rate).
- Opens - measures how many times a contact viewed the notification; includes Total opens and the Open rate to help assess subscriber engagement.
- Clicks - tracks interactions with links in the notification; includes Total clicks and the Click rate calculated from successfully delivered messages.
- Clicks to View - a specialized engagement metric showing the percentage of recipients who clicked a link after opening/viewing the WebPush.
- Delivery trends - visual reports showing hourly, daily, or monthly fluctuations for delivered, undelivered, expired, and dismissed notifications.
- User reaction trends - a timeline of recipient engagement, displaying the distribution of total opens and clicks by date.

- Fail - messages that could not be successfully delivered to the addressee; tracked by count and percentage (Fail rate).
- Opens - measures engagement based on message views; includes Total opens (all instances) and Unique opens (individual recipients), with corresponding rates.
- Clicks - tracks interactions with links within the Telegram messages; includes Total clicks and Unique clicks used to calculate the Click rate.
