Integration with Mailchimp
It is easy to migrate your contacts from Mailchimp using our integration store. The integration allows you to import Mailchimp contacts to the Wooxy account, so you can automate your work and have more time for the more important things.
Here are some things to know before you start:
- No code is required.
- Import is possible only in one way: From Mailchimp to Wooxy.
- Connection syncs your Mailchimp account only with the Default Contact List.
- The Mailchimp API key is required.
- Variable names in Mailchimp and Wooxy may differ.
- There is a limit of one synchronization in a 24-hour.
Step-by-step instructions:
Log in to your Mailchimp account.
Click on your avatar on the down left and click the “Profile” section.
Choose the “API keys” option in the “Extras” section.
Press the “Create A Key” button if you don’t have any active API keys yet.
Scroll down and find the generated API access key and copy it.
Go to the Wooxy platform.
Navigate to Mailchimp Integration page (Menu->Integrations).
Select the “Mailchimp” section.
Paste your Mailchimp API key and press the “Next” button.
Select the list and domain where you would like to import your contacts.
Press the “Next” button.
Match all contact variables from your list or create new variables if you don’t find suitable ones.
Press the “Finish ” button.
Congratulations!
The process of importing contacts from Mailchimp has begun.
It may take a while to download data, but we will let you know when it’s complete. Import status can also be viewed on the Import/Export page.
How to export your email template from Mailchimp to Wooxy
Step-by-step instructions:
Log in to your Mailchimp account.
Click on your avatar on the down left and click the “Profile” section.
Choose the “Manage my data” option in the “Settings” section.
Check the box next to “Templates”.
Press the “Export Data” button.
You can upload your templates into the corresponding section in Wooxy.
NOTE: Before starting the mailing, we recommend sending a test Email (using the preview feature) to your address and, if necessary, correcting errors.
