Telegram template preview
This article describes how to use the template preview and send a test Telegram message in preview mode.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the "Content" section.
Click the "Templates" button.
Select the desired template, then click its thumbnail to open the preview.
Verify how the template renders and appears on the recipient's device using the preview feature.
Send a test
This section describes how to send test messages to existing contacts or to external recipients not present in any list. This feature is also integrated into the Template Builder. Preview and testing options are conveniently located on the right side of the interface.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the "Content" section.
Click the "Templates" button.
Select the desired template, then click its thumbnail to open the preview.
Select the contact list where the recipient is stored (the Default Contact List is used unless a different one is selected via the settings button).
Select the Telegram bot to use for test delivery.
Search and selection of a contact by typing their email, phone number, or User ID.
Finalization of the process by clicking the “Send test” button.
