Import/Export
This article provides an overview of the Import/Export log and instructions on downloading generated data files, including Contact List exports.
Things to know before starting
- The generation time for export files depends on the volume of data being exported.
- As Wooxy is a high-load platform processing vast amounts of data 24/7, additional time may occasionally be required to generate the file.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the “Settings” page.
Press the "Import/Export" button.
Required files may be reviewed and downloaded from the log.
