Import/Export
Here you can find a log of all your import and export tasks. You always can access download files generated before in case of need.
Things to know before you start:
- Wooxy is a high load platform with a huge amount of data being processed 24/7, that’s why our system can not always provide your requested reports, logs, or Contact List exports immediately. For this purpose, we have a file generation queue.
- Each action has a precise timestamp. It is taken according to the time of the account where the action was performed.
Step-by-step instructions:
Navigate to the “Settings” page.
Press "Import/Export" button.
The following data will be displayed in this section

Export NOTE: Each task for exporting a report or log will have an active button to download the generated file itself. | |

| Task ID | An internal number that is generated for debugging. If there are any difficulties with import, export, or synchronization – with this option you can quickly find the desired event. |
