Teammates

This article describes how to add and manage teammates within an account, assign roles during invitation, and modify roles for existing members. Detailed information on roles is available here.

Step-by-step instruction

  • Navigate to the “Settings” page.

  • Select the "Teammates" button.

  • Click the “Invite” button.

  • Enter the teammate’s email address.

  • Select the appropriate Role and Permissions from the drop-down menu.

  • Enable the 2FA checkbox if the new member must set up two-factor authentication during account creation.

  • Click the “Send invite” button.

    • The team member will receive an email invitation to join the account.
    • The member must follow the link in the invitation and complete the registration process. Note: The email field will be pre-filled automatically, ensuring the user joins the team rather than creating a separate account. We recommend paying close attention to this and disabling any third-party browser extensions before sending the invite or clicking the link to avoid errors.

  • Enable or disable teammates.

  • Edit a teammate’s data by clicking on their name.

  • View teammate details by clicking the “Info” button.

  • For teammates with a "Pending" status, the options to resend the invitation or delete the entry are available.

Important! Teammates who have already accepted an invitation cannot be deleted; they can only be deactivated. To request the permanent removal of a teammate, contact the Wooxy support team.
