Subaccounts
This article describes how to add and manage subaccounts within the account.
Things to know before starting
- Full administrator rights to the parent account, including access to user roles and profiles, are required to create a subaccount.
- Subaccount availability and limitations are determined by the pricing plan page.
- Subaccounts organize and separate projects, with unique account permissions for each.
- Billing can be managed independently or shared with the parent account via the “shared billing” option, using the primary account's card.
- The initial subaccount user is created with administrator access, which can be later modified in settings.
Step-by-step instruction
Navigate to the “Settings” page.
Press the "Subaccounts" button.
Click the ”Create” button.
Fill out all the required data.

Enable or disable subaccounts.
Edit subaccount settings.
Edit subaccount owner information.
View subaccount details.
Log in to subaccounts directly or via the profile menu in the upper-right corner.
Switch back to the parent account using the profile menu in the upper-right corner.
Set roles and permissions for subaccount owners.
