Subaccounts

Here you can create and manage your subaccounts.

Things to know before you start:

  • In order to create a new subaccount, your user profile must have full admin rights to the parent account, including full access to user roles and user profiles.
  • There are some limitations to obtaining subaccounts described in the Pricing Plan Comparison Chart.
  • Subaccount is created only when you need to organize and manage two different projects and keep them separated. More importantly, it allows you to set different account permissions for different subaccounts.
  • The subaccount can have personal billing or a common one with the master’s account by choosing the “Shared billing” option which expects the bank card to be added only to the parent’s account.
  • Set up permissions for the main user of your subaccount. The user will be created with administrator access rights, later you can change the access rights in the settings.
