Senior Marketing Manager

Your Mission

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

• Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Identify growth opportunities in European and North American markets.

• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Design teams.

• Manage product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.

• Build scalable marketing processes and experiment with new growth channels.

• Coordinate external partners, agencies, and freelancers when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies is highly preferred.

• Experience building go-to-market strategies for B2B

• Proven experience launching and scaling products in international markets.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Experience managing marketing budgets and growth KPIs

Requirements

• English - fluent (mandatory)

• Estonian - fluent/native (mandatory)

• Must be based in Tallinn and able to work in a hybrid format.

• Experience working with European or North American markets is a strong advantage.
