Campaigns management
This article explains how to manage campaigns within the list and describes all status parameters and individual campaign details.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the "Outbound" section.
Click the "Campaigns" button.
Use of the filter button to select the channel (Email, SMS, WebPush, Telegram, Viber).
Filtering of campaigns by status (Active, Draft, Stopped).
Sorting of campaigns by name or launch type for easier navigation.
Use the search bar to find specific campaigns by name or ID.
Access to campaign performance and key metrics via the "Analytics" button.
Review of campaign details through the "Info" button.
Access to the "More" menu for duplicating settings or permanent deletion (also available via selection boxes).
Editing of campaign settings by clicking directly on the campaign name.
Tracking of the launch schedule via the "Calendar" icon, where campaigns are organized by date.
Viewing statistics for all campaigns by clicking the "Statistics" button and selecting multiple items to generate a comparative report.
Exclusion of "Done" campaigns from editing and "Draft" campaigns from the calendar view due to missing launch times.
Access to primary information (name, channel, status, launch type, time, and description) by clicking on any campaign in the calendar.

Statuses
- Ready: The campaign is ready to send, can be launched, and remains available for editing before launch. Launch types: Manual.
- Running: The campaign is active (the stop/disable button is enabled); stopping or editing is not possible during this phase. Launch types: Now, Manual, Schedule, and Recurring.
- Waiting: The campaign is in the queue and can be stopped. If the scheduled time has passed before a restart, an alert is triggered with an option to edit it. Launch types: Schedule, Recurring.
- Stopped: The campaign was halted before completion; editing and re-launching are available. Launch types: Schedule, Recurring.
- Done: The campaign is completed; editing and re-launching are unavailable. Launch types: Now, Manual, Schedule, and Recurring.
- Draft: An inactive campaign created after moving past the "Next step" page; editing is available, but launching is not. Launch types: Not selected.
- Failed: The campaign was not sent; the specific reason is available via the "Info" button. Editing is permitted. Launch types: Now, Manual, Schedule, and Recurring.

Details
- Channel - the type of communication channel used for the campaign.
- Status - the current operational status of the campaign.
- Failure Reasons - detailed error logs appear when a campaign cannot start due to:
- Templates: Missing or deleted Email, SMS, Web Push, Telegram, or Viber templates.
- Sender Details: Deleted or paused Sender Names; missing or blocked Telegram Bots.
- Audience: Deleted contact lists; empty segments; or conflicting inclusion/exclusion rules.
- Balance & Permissions: Insufficient funds for SMS/Viber or restricted account permissions.
- Name - the name of the campaign along with its unique ID.
- Creation date - the timestamp of campaign creation based on the account's time zone.
- Template - the name and ID of the template assigned to the campaign.
- Telegram bot - the name and ID of the Telegram bot used for the campaign.
- Contact list - the name and ID of the targeted Contact List.
- TTL (time to live) - the duration for which notifications or messages remain active for delivery.
- Sender name - the Sender Name displayed to contacts in Viber.
- Send to segments - an optional filter to target only specific contacts within a segment.
- Exclude segments - an optional filter to omit specific contact segments from the dispatch.
- One-time segment - temporary filter conditions used for the campaign's specific audience.
- Launch type - the method used to initiate the campaign.
- Send time - the scheduled date and time for "Scheduled" and "Recurring" types; "Manual" and "Now" types determine immediate or on-demand start.
- Tags - the list of organizational labels assigned to the campaign.
