Templates management

This article explains how to manage templates within the list and provides details for each template.

Step-by-step instructions

  • Navigate to the "Content" section.

  • Click the "Templates" button.

  • Select a channel via the filter button to display specific template types.

  • Template sorting by name or subject for easier list navigation.

  • Search execution to find specific templates by name or unique ID.

  • Reviewing template analytics via the "View analytics" button.

  • ClickMap visualization to analyze user interactions within emails.

  • Template details can be reviewed via the “Info” button.

  • Template duplication to create new items with identical parameters (except for Viber).

  • Tag management for organizing templates and tracking performance in aggregated reports.

  • Permanent deletion via the action menu or selection boxes.

  • Device preview of layouts on Desktop/Mobile, Windows/Mac, or mobile devices by clicking the thumbnail.

  • Select a contact from the default or selected Contact List for testing.

  • Manual test entry for sending test messages to contacts not present in the database.

  • Test message dispatch by clicking the “Send test” button.

    Icon caret
    • Channel - the specific type of communication channel for the template.
    • Viber | Status - the current state of a Viber template: approved (checked and cleared), pending (awaiting verification), or rejected (not approved).
    • Name - the designated name of the template along with its unique ID.
    • Creation date - the exact timestamp of template creation based on the account's time zone.
    • Viber | Countries - indication of whether the template is eligible for sending to Ukraine, Belarus, or Russia.
    • Subject - the defined subject line of the template.
    • Email | Editor type - the specific builder type used for creating the email template.
    • Tags - the list of organizational labels assigned to the template.
