Calendly Integration
Integration with Calendly allows Wooxy users to track their customers and automate actions based on calendar events. When you create a call for a demo or meeting in Calendly, an event is automatically generated in Wooxy.
With Calendly integration, the system automatically updates your contacts' information from the Default Contact List in Wooxy every time they book a meeting.
Things to know before you start:
- Only a paid Calendly account can send webhooks to Woxy after integration is complete. The available Calendly plans are Standard, Teams, or Enterprise.
- We recommend that you log in to your Calendly account before starting the integration process.
- Only one Calendly account can be integrated per domain.
- You can create multiple interactions with multiple calendars at the same time.
- Connection syncs your Calendly contacts only with the Wooxy Default Contact List.
- Please ensure that the Calendly application is reliable. You may be providing confidential information to this website or application. Learn how the Calendly app will handle your data in Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Step-by-step instructions:
Navigate to the Integrations page (Menu->Integrations).
Select the “Calendly” section.
Click on the “Add Integration” button.
Click “Connect to Calendly.”
Enter your password to access your Calendly account if you haven't done so yet.
If yes, you simply need to select the domain to finish the integration with Calendly.
