Slack notifications configuration
This article describes the setup process for notifications to a specific Slack channel. The Wooxy Slack Assistant provides instant notifications regarding campaign statuses, file imports/exports, and other activities directly within the designated Slack channel.
Important! Before setting up Slack notifications, it is recommended to create a Slack integration. This can be done either on the current page or separately in the Apps & Add-ons section. More details about the integration can be found here.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the “Settings” page.
Press the "Notifications" button.
Click on the “Settings” button.
Press the “Connect to Slack” link.
Log in to the required Slack workspace.
Select the designated Slack channel for notifications and confirm access by clicking the “Allow” button.
Select the notifications to be received.
Click the “Save” button.
