Revenue Report
This article describes the report on revenue generated by contacts and the associated costs, and explains how to find it.
Things to know before starting
- Source must be pre-registered in the Sources section; unregistered sources are not available in the report.
- The report accepts amounts in the account's currency; Revenue is automatically converted to the account's currency.
- In the report, only contacts with events flagged as isConversion: true are included.
- Total by contacts includes all contacts that had events with isConversion: true, even if the contact has no source - such contacts appear under no_source.
- Order is formed based on pre-registered Fire events triggered upon a purchase or order completion (e.g., an "Order completed" / "Purchase" event registered in the Events section).
- Total spend is calculated as the number of contacts with a given source multiplied by the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) of that source.

Filters
- Domains - the domain used in the "From" address; allows filtering the report by a specific domain if multiple are active in one account.
- Source - the contact's source; only registered sources are counted. This filter can be left unset - in that case, the report is generated across all sources at once.
- Date period - the period used to select data on events and orders.
-
