Contact list
This article describes how to create a Contact List and explains all available settings for a specific list. Note! After adding a new domain to the account, the system automatically creates a new Default Contact List. Each domain has its own dedicated contact lists.
Things to know before starting
- Wooxy is optimized for use with a single list, typically eliminating the need for multiple lists.
- Separate lists can be created if necessary, but they operate independently, so contact and list data remain siloed per list.
- The total number of contacts affects the Monthly Plan; however, increased volume may affect the total invoice amount.
- Familiarity with anti-spam practices and requirements is mandatory before creating a list using the bulk email service.
Step-by-step instructions
Select the appropriate domain from the drop-down menu in the lower-left corner if multiple domains are active.
Navigate to the "Audience" section.
Click the "Lists" button.
Click the "Create" button.
Type in the Contact List default data to be used in messages.
Set the "Advanced Settings" of the Contact List if necessary.
Click the "Create list" button to finish.
