Profiles
This article describes where to find, how to use, and how to manage a contact profile.
Things to know before starting
- Profiles are available only for contacts in the Default Contact List.
- Certain information, such as the date and method used to add or update a contact, cannot be modified.
- The system allows for changing subscription statuses, viewing segment membership, sending personal messages, and other actions.
Step-by-step instructions
Select the appropriate domain from the drop-down menu in the lower-left corner if multiple domains are active.
Navigate to the "Audience" section.
Click the "Profiles" button.
Locate specific contact profiles using the search tool with unique identifiers such as userId, email, or phoneNumber.
