ClickMap
This article describes how to use ClickMap to analyze subscriber engagement by visualizing link interactions within email content. This tool identifies high-performing areas and overlooked elements across desktop and mobile versions, offering a visual template preview with indexed link locations and a comprehensive statistical data table for design optimization.
Things to know before starting
- Click tracking is enabled by default for all Wooxy sends.
- Important! Broken links and other issues can disrupt click tracking, so all links must be verified before use in the Template.
- Links without clicks do not appear in the ClickMap, although index numbers are still assigned to them.
- Important! Opens may not be tracked if the recipient's ISP blocks images, the contact has manually disabled image display, or if the message lands in the Spam folder.
