Kiro CLI
Connect Wooxy to Kiro CLI via MCP. Generate templates, manage campaigns, and pull analytics from the terminal coding workflow with natural language.
Connect Wooxy's marketing toolset to Kiro CLI to run campaigns, generate templates, and query analytics directly from the terminal. Once configured, Kiro CLI can handle these tasks through natural-language prompts without leaving the development workflow.
Prerequisites
Kiro CLI installed.
A Wooxy account.
MCP Server connection
Run the following command in the terminal (not inside a Kiro CLI chat session).
kiro-cli mcp add --name wooxy --url https://mcp.wooxy.com/mcp
To make the server available across all projects, add the --scope global flag.
kiro-cli mcp add --name wooxy --url https://mcp.wooxy.com/mcp --scope global
Alternative: config edit
The server can also be added by editing ~/.kiro/settings/mcp.json directly.
{
"mcpServers": {
"wooxy": {
"url": "https://mcp.wooxy.com/mcp"
}
}
}
Restart your Kiro CLI session after editing the config file.
Authentication
Start a chat session with kiro-cli chat. On first use, Kiro CLI will prompt for authentication with Wooxy. Run /mcp inside the chat and follow the browser-based OAuth flow to authorize access.
Verifying the Connection
After setup, confirm the server is active.
kiro-cli mcp list
Or from inside a Kiro CLI chat.
/mcp
Wooxy should appear listed with a connected status.
Usage
Once connected, Kiro CLI can be prompted with a marketing task.
Generate an email template announcing our product launch using Wooxy.
Kiro CLI calls the Wooxy toolset to handle brand resolution, template generation, or campaign/analytics requests. Generated templates and reports are also accessible from the corresponding sections of the Wooxy dashboard.
If you use Kiro Crew, Wooxy is picked up automatically, since Crew shares the Kiro CLI configuration and sign-in. You may need to start a new session for the Wooxy tools to appear.
