This article covers how to connect Wooxy MCP to OpenAI ChatGPT. Once connected, ChatGPT can build campaigns, generate templates, and pull analytics using the Wooxy toolset directly inside the chat.
Wooxy is an omnichannel marketing automation platform with an integration that plugs directly into ChatGPT. This makes it possible to generate templates, check campaign stats, and manage segments without switching between the chat and the dashboard.
Log in Step 1: Open ChatGPT
Navigate to ChatGPT and sign in to the account.
MCP connection Step 2: Add Wooxy via the Plugins section
On the Plugins page, click the "+" button and fill in the requested connection parameters. The connection endpoint is provided below and should be used for connecting.

Important! The "+" button for adding a plugin only appears when Developer mode is enabled.
Step-by-step instructions
Open the settings section by clicking on the account icon.
Go to Security and Login.
Scroll down to Developer mode and turn it on.

Right after the plugin is added, an authorization prompt for Wooxy appears - this is a standard OAuth flow, granting ChatGPT access to the Wooxy API.

With the connection in place, any marketing task can be handed off to ChatGPT in plain language - the more specific the request, the better the outcome.
Behind the scenes, ChatGPT talks to Wooxy directly - resolving the account's brand, running the generation job, or querying the stats - and returns the finished result right there in the chat, no dashboard required.
