SMS templates
This article describes how to create, update, and manage SMS templates. Each SMS template includes a preview option to verify its appearance before dispatch. Detailed information about this feature is available here.
Things to know before starting
- Standard SMS capacity of 160 Latin characters, with a reduced limit for other alphabets (e.g., 70–80 characters for Cyrillic).
- Automatic splitting of messages into multiple parts when character limits are exceeded, with each part billed separately.
- Inclusion of spaces and punctuation marks in the total character count.
- Important! Template creation and management are unavailable until a domain is added and verified within the account.
- Access to template management depends on the assigned user role, as permissions vary by role. More details are available in the dedicated article.
