This article describes how to create, update, and manage SMS templates. Each SMS template includes a preview option to verify its appearance before dispatch. Detailed information about this feature is available here.

  • Automatic splitting of messages into multiple parts when character limits are exceeded, with each part billed separately.
  • Inclusion of spaces and punctuation marks in the total character count.
  • Important! Template creation and management are unavailable until a domain is added and verified within the account.
