Telegram templates

This article describes how to create, update, and manage Telegram templates. Each Telegram template includes a preview option to verify its appearance before dispatch. Detailed information about this feature is available here.

Things to know before starting

  • Important! Template creation and management are unavailable until a domain is added and verified within the account.
  • Access to template management depends on the assigned user role, as permissions vary by role.
  • Flexible button layout with support for up to 10 rows and 8 buttons per row (available for all blocks except Media Gallery).
  • Comprehensive file support for images (PNG, JPEG, GIF) and documents (PDF, ZIP), with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
  • Automated file management where all uploaded assets are instantly saved to the account's "Files" section.
  • Text enhancement using variables, emojis, and ribbon elements to improve readability.
  • Content modularity allows blocks to be easily rearranged using directional arrows.

Step-by-step instructions

  • Navigate to the "Content" section.

  • Click the "Templates" button.

  • Click the "Create" button.

  • Select "Telegram" as the channel.

  • Enter the template name in the "Title" field.

  • Use the "Add content" button to create blocks: Text, Image (with description), File (with description), or a Media gallery (up to 10 images).

  • Modify existing templates using the "Edit" button, and ensure all changes are saved before exiting.

  • Click the "Save" button.
