Usages of Wooxy artificial marketing intelligence(AMI)
This article explains how to use the primary features of AMI, specifically Chat and Insights (Feed), with a focus on the most critical aspect of Chat: context.
Things to know before starting
- Thorough completion of the Brand Profile is essential for ensuring maximum efficiency when working with AMI.
- Every request consumes tokens. These are either included in the subscription plan or available for purchase on a pay-as-you-go basis once the plan limit is reached.
- The volume of conversational context directly influences the number of tokens required to generate a response.
- AMI generates a feed based on all available metrics. AMI's specific suggestions at any given moment are dynamic and determined by real-time data analysis.
- AMI analyzes all available metrics to provide detailed information and suggest next steps, or direct the workflow to the relevant tab for deeper analysis.
- Selecting the appropriate tool within the chat interface is necessary for AMI to identify the specific task requirements.
- Requests to AMI and template generation are supported in any language.
AMI Context
Context is a critical and advanced feature, fundamental not only to AMI but to the entire AI industry. Unlike many AI systems that lose track of earlier interactions, AMI maintains the established context until it is manually cleared.
Context Importance
The Branding section is vital to this process. The deeper AMI is immersed in specific brand data, the more accurate and relevant its solutions become for any given situation.
Every input in the chat and every selected tool is automatically saved to AMI’s context. This ensures a seamless, effective workflow, positioning AMI as an integral part of the marketing team, always ready to assist.
Context Management
The context can be reset at any time using the dedicated "Reset chat context" button.
Note: that selecting an action on an insight card that initiates a dialogue on a specific topic automatically resets the previous context and starts a new one.
AMI Feed
The Feed consists of daily insight cards located in the Insights section. It provides a comprehensive overview of metrics and nuances identified by AMI across all channels.
Operational Principles
Each card is unique and addresses a specific topic. Since AMI autonomously analyzes data, the specific metrics or campaigns highlighted each day are determined dynamically. The system generates notifications when improvements are required and provides subsequent reports on the results of those adjustments.
In addition to analyzing current performance, the AMI Feed provides strategic guidance to improve deliverability and engagement metrics, including spam rate management and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Capabilities
Individual cards may include specific action triggers, such as:
- Accessing detailed.
- Initiating a chat session with AMI for further information or deeper context.
Some cards are purely informative, presenting AI-generated business ideas based on the established brand profile without requiring immediate platform actions. The content of subsequent cards is unpredictable, as AMI may offer diverse mailing ideas, analyze metrics to improve deliverability, or report emerging issues. The data analysis capabilities are virtually limitless, providing comprehensive insights and guidance through the card-based interface.
AMI Chat
The AMI Chat combines standard AI conversational capabilities with unique, high-performance features. Beyond advanced context management and the reset functionality, the interface includes several key operational tools.
Functionality
Tool Selection: Selecting a specific tool allows for precise task definition. Available functions include:
Template Generation: creating structures for any supported communication channel.
Subject Line Creation: generating creative and optimized headers for campaigns.
Visual Asset Generation: creating banners for universal marketing use.
Planner: automated template creation and schedule planning by AMI. All parameters are pre-configured for immediate dispatch.
Regeneration and Storage. Any request can be regenerated to refine results. Generated templates or banners can be saved instantly to the platform library, ensuring assets are secured for future use.
Text and Template Processing. By default, the AMI Chat processes text-based queries. To generate a structured template, the appropriate tool and specific delivery channel must be selected manually.
