Profile settings
This article explains how to manage a specific user’s data, add additional protection, and select a preferred interface language.
Step-by-step instructions
Navigate to the “Settings” page or to the profile menu in the upper-right corner.
Press the "Profile" or “Profile settings” button, respectively.
Changeable data

First and last names
- Click the button next to the first and last name fields to edit data.
- After editing, click Confirm or Decline to save or cancel changes.

Avatar
- Click the “add avatar” button to upload an image.
- Click the “remove avatar” button to delete the image.

Contact email
- Сlick the “change email” button.
- Changing the email address requires entering the current account password.
- Enter the new email address and click “change email” to complete the action.

Phone number
- Click the phone number field, enter a new number in E.164 format, and click the checkmark to confirm.

Identifiers
- Account ID - unique account ID in the Wooxy system.
- User ID - unique user ID in the Wooxy system.

2FA
- Click the “setup 2FA” button to begin the 2FA verification process. More details are available here.

Interface language
- Use the dropdown menu to switch to the preferred language.
Change password
For enhanced account security, it is recommended to create a unique password after registering via Google. This enables subsequent logins using an email address and password.
Click the “Сhange password” button to proceed.
Enter the current and new passwords.
Click the “Сhange password” button to save.
