Landings
This article explains how to create landing pages for various goals (unsubscribe, subscribe, list-unsubscribe, or fallback) and how to manage and fully brand each page as needed.
Things to know before starting
- Standard Subscribe and Unsubscribe pages with a neutral design are available by default.
- Once a custom Subscribe or Unsubscribe page is created and enabled, it serves as the primary page when the corresponding link in an email is accessed.
- The default pages are automatically reactivated if a custom Subscribe or Unsubscribe page is deleted.
- IMPORTANT: A separate custom page must be configured for the List-Unsubscribe mechanism.
- Multiple pages of the same type cannot function simultaneously.
- If a subscription is configured via the Redirect URL option, with {{unSubscribeUrl}} or {{subscribeUrl}} placed on an external page outside the Wooxy platform, system variables will not function and require implementation on the external side.
- Important! The {{subscribeUrl}} and {{unSubscribeUrl}} system variables do not generate links when an email is sent via the preview function.
- Unsubscribing from the Email channel prevents receiving any communication through this channel, including via the Preview function, Automations, Campaigns, A/B tests, and API methods.
- The Unsubscribe page is universal; creating separate pages for specific templates, segments, or individual contacts is not supported.
