You’ll be asked to choose a plan during the onboarding process based on the information available at that time. However, Wooxy understands that business needs can change. If at any point you find that your current plan no longer fits your requirements—whether due to increased traffic, additional contacts, or the need for more advanced features—you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan through the Billing Management section in your account settings.

Taking the time to evaluate your options carefully ensures that you select a plan not only to meet your needs today but also to support your ongoing growth and success.

  • IMPORTANT: If you change the Plan, it will go into force starting from the next payment month. The old Plan will be applied until the end of the current month.
  • After you submit your card information, Wooxy will place a USD 1.00 pre-authorization hold on your bank card and will cancel the pre-authorization hold soon after you pass the verification. This is made on purpose to verify that your card is valid. 
  • IMPORTANT: The account remains in Trial mode until you select a subscription Plan and request account approval. No charges will be made to your card until the account is fully activated.

Is there a refund policy?

Monthly plans may not be eligible for refunds once billing has started. 
Wooxy does not provide refunds if the account has been used during the billing period and contains contacts. If the account remains unused and no contacts are stored, please contact support to discuss your situation.

Do unused plan balances carry over to the next month?

No. Plans reset every month, and any unused balances do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
This means that each new billing period starts fresh, and any remaining allowances from the previous cycle will expire. It’s important to plan your usage accordingly to maximize the value of your subscription within each billing period.

What happens when I upgrade my plan?

When you upgrade your plan, Wooxy automatically recalculates the remaining value of your current subscription based on the time and services you have already used. This recalculated amount is then either applied directly toward the cost of your new, higher-tier plan or credited to your account as a balance. You can safely use this balance for future payments or additional services within Wooxy. 
This process ensures a seamless transition between plans without any loss of value, allowing you to scale your marketing efforts smoothly as your business grows.

Can I pause or freeze my plan?

Freezing or pausing a plan is not currently available. If you find that you need to temporarily stop your subscription or have any concerns about your plan, please reach out to our support team. They can help explore possible solutions, including plan changes or alternative options to best accommodate your needs.

Do I need to provide a credit card to start the trial?

Yes, a credit card is required to start the Wooxy trial. However, your card will not be charged until you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. This allows you to explore all features risk-free and get a full sense of the platform before making any financial commitment.

How do I cancel my Wooxy subscription?
