Getting started guide checklist
Welcome to Wooxy! This article is an essential guide to getting started. We have divided it into two parts: Essential Setup and Advanced Setup.
The Essential section is a must-read for everyone; it covers everything from registration to launching the first campaign. The Advanced section is optional and designed for those who need a deeper integration, including API settings, third-party platforms, and automated workflows. Each step includes detailed links to help get up and running quickly.
Essential start - registration
Registration is the first step for any platform work, and Wooxy is no exception. The process starts by visiting our website, clicking the “Sign Up” button, and completing a standard registration by entering all required information. Find a more detailed guide to the registration process in a separate article.
Get started page
Once registration is complete, not have full access to the platform's features yet, as new accounts are initially in trial mode with sending capabilities disabled. To test our functionality, the first step is to contact our Support team and request that sending be enabled for the trial account.
Important! Our Support and Compliance Departments manually review every new client. Before enabling sendings, they may ask a few questions for verification.
Once information is verified, sending will be enabled. Proceed to the next step on the “Get Started” page. Please note! Enabling trial sendings is not required to begin completing other steps on the 'Get Started' page.
Manage domain
In general, the 'Get Started' page consists of 4 steps that must be completed to unlock the platform's full functionality. The first step is registration, which has already finished. The next step is to add and configure the domain that will send all future communications and campaigns. Detailed information about adding and verifying domains (covering both available methods) can be found in the separate article.
Select plan
The next step is to select the appropriate plan for the business. At this stage, also necessary to link a bank card for payments. Below are links to our pricing list and a detailed article about our plans.
Approve account
This is the final step of the “Get Started” page. Once have completed all previous steps, simply click the button to send a request and wait for a response from our Support team.
Important! During this process, our Support and Compliance departments will manually review the request, verify the payment method and selected plan, and confirm whether a dedicated IP is required and ordered.
They may decline the request if the chosen plan is unsuitable or if a required dedicated IP was not ordered. If this happens, our support team will provide detailed information on why it was declined and what needs to be fixed. For example, r sending volume may exceed the limits of the selected plan, which would require an upgrade to a higher plan and a dedicated IP address. We provide an individualized approach to every client and maintain close communication. Generally, we inform the plan and IP requirements before this step, but there are sometimes exceptions. Adding the first Audience
Congratulations! Account has been approved, and is ready to start using the platform.
To start sending, the required recipients. Add contacts to the contact list. There are several ways to add contacts, but the most common are manual entry and file import. Below are articles on adding r first contacts, along with useful advice.
Audience segmentations
Once contacts are added and prepared for messaging, group them for specific mailings if needed. This is where segments become useful. Below are a few articles to help familiarize the segment and create the first one.
Templates creation
Now that the audience is ready, prepare what to send. We offer several ways to create a template, so choose the one that is best. Below, we have included instructions for each method.
Sending first campaign
Once contacts are added, segments are configured, and a template is created, the first campaign is ready to send. Below, we provide guides on creating campaigns to help with the first send. After completing this, fully prepared to use the platform at the Essential level.

Advanced start - domain and dedicated IPs warm-up
Every new domain or dedicated IP added to the account must be warmed up without exception. We provide a specific schedule for this process. Start sending; the domain and IP will gradually warm up. However, if there are no emails, the warm-up process will stall and remain at its current stage. Workflows
Workflows automate communications. Create a workflow or use a pre-built workflow from our Marketplace. Below are detailed instructions on creating and using workflows to fully automate the sending process.
Subaccounts
For convenience, we offer subaccount functionality that creates a master account to access all child accounts. This is very convenient when required to separate mailings and receive individual analytics for each project. In this article, familiarize how subaccounts work.
Teammates
Every project typically involves more than one employee, and often more than one person needs access to the account. We provide the opportunity to invite teammates to the account for collaborative work. Each member will have their own login credentials and roles.
Integrations

Rest Wooxy API
